Built-in Ventilation Canopy ZVV-6-6/4P-T-01 for Efficient Air Extraction

The built-in exhaust hood of ZVV type with steam condenser is designed for extraction and condensation of exhaust steam by convection oven at catering facilities, as well as air purification from aerosols of fat, oil and industrial odours in closed rooms. Built-in exhaust umbrella ZVV-6-6/4P-T-01 with a steam condenser is installed on the convection oven type KEP-6P-01 in assembly with a hearth oven ESHP-3-01KP-1-SU-T.
