Buoy Level Indicator RIZUR-M-B for Monitoring Oil Product Levels

Buoy level switch RIZUR-M-B is designed to control the upper level of petroleum products in tanks without pontoon. RIZUR-M-B can be mounted directly on the tank or used with level measuring bypass column RIZUR-KBU. The RIZUR-M-B level switch consists of an explosion-proof housing, a guide tube and a float suspended on a cable from the stem.

In the guide tube of the level switch RIZUR-M-B there is a movable rod with a permanent magnet installed inside. The rod is suspended from the upper edge of the guide tube on a spring. A float (RIZUR-M-B) is attached to the rod on a cable from below.

A reed switch is fixed in the body of the signalling device, which changes its state under the influence of the magnetic field (closed or open). When the liquid level rises, the float, which is in the liquid-gas phase section, rises upwards. The rod with the magnet, under the action of the spring, rises upwards.

The magnet, passing by the body of the signalling device, activates the reed switch.
