A non-sterile titanium alloy cannulated rod for locked intramedullary osteosynthesis of intervertebral, subvertebral and transvertebral femoral fractures in combination with diaphyseal fractures. The proximal part has an outward bend of 6 degrees. Ring-shaped cross-section, longitudinal grooves to facilitate insertion and preserve the endosteal blood supply.
