Instrument for surgical treatment of the spine. It is used for the insertion of interbody cages. It is made of titanium alloy.

The length of the retractor is 134.5 mm. Ratchet mechanism for movement in the direction of distraction. Automatic stopper for locking and manual for returning to the initial position.

Maximum distraction length - 83 mm in -1.5 mm increments. Two open arms: movable and fixed with double gimbal connection and a total bending angle of up to 135 degrees. Multidirectional, self-locking, spring-ball clamps for the feet, providing 360-degree rotation of the foot.

The toothed rail on the outside has a special undercut with laser marking of the linear movement of the sliding arm of the wound spreader. The set includes 8 tines: four tines 20 mm wide, 35; 45; 55 and 65 mm long, and four tines 22 mm wide, 35; 45; 55; 55 and 65 mm long. The feet have serrated and spherical ends.
