Centrifugal Pump Zvezda RUS C4-450/140 for Efficient Wastewater Management

The centrifugal pump is designed for pumping drainage, storm water, domestic and industrial (including chemically aggressive industrial and oil-containing) wastewater, liquid organic fertilisers, treated effluents from sewage treatment plants for recycling water supply.The pump is suitable for aggregation with an electric motor and diesel internal combustion engine.The pump consists of flow and bearing parts, rigidly fixed together. It is equipped with a flywheel crankcase bellhousing for connection to the engine. It is driven via an elastic coupling.

The bearing housing, which houses the shaft, is cantilevered to the pump casing via a spacer.Advantages: ZR-DRY system - for dry operation with lubrication of the mechanical seal area; ZR-SEAL PROTECT system - prevents foreign particles from entering the mechanical seal; possibility of installing the ZR-VAK automatic vacuum system.
