Chest Press Machine CST - 042 for Targeted Chest Muscle Strengthening

The machine is designed for training pectoral muscles. The exercise is performed in a sitting position, leaning on the inclined backrest of the simulator. The handles move forward, strictly at 90 degrees relative to the backrest, and describe an arch in the movement - similar to dumbbell bench press.

The exercise is extremely anatomical and is set by the design of the simulator. The handles converge from a wide grip at the beginning of the movement to a narrow grip at the end point. The load of up to 110 kg is created by a load stack consisting of 22 rubberised plates of 5 kg each.

The number of weights can be increased at the customer's request. Maximum (full) amplitude of movement - is the most important part of exercise performance.Correct trajectory of movement - anatomically the most favourable for effective working of the target muscles in the exercise.Anatomically shaped seat and backrest - follows the natural curves of the body, provides a correct and stable position of the trainee (comfortable and safe).
