Soft Children's Hooded Cotton Towel with Embroidery for Bath Time

Cotton terry towel with hood with embroidery for children ("children's corner") is made in the Russian Federation. For manufacturing cotton yarn (100% cotton) is used, the cloth is formed by weaving machines from three types of yarn: root (ground) basis, pile (loop) basis, weft. The towelling cloth is dyed or bleached in batch-type machines.

The dyed or bleached cloth is dried on a dryer-shear finishing line. Cutting takes place on a cutting table. Sewing is done on shuttle-type sewing machines.

Embroidery is done on an embroidery machine. Density from 280 g/m2 to 550 g/m2. Width from 0.8 metres to 1.4 metres.

Length from 0.8 m to 1.4 m. Produced cotton terry towels with a hood for children corresponds to 1 grade, the structure, finish, physical-mechanical and physical-chemical properties corresponds to: GOST 11027-2014 TR TS 007/2011 (On the safety of products intended for children and adolescents).
