Clavicle Plates with Hook for Lateral Fractures and Joint Dislocations

For osteosynthesis of lateral fractures of the clavicle and dislocations of the clavicular-acromial joint. The shape is curved with a lateral extension. Separate version for the right and left side.

Corresponds to the anatomy of the clavicle. Diaphyseal part: combined 8-shaped holes for insertion of screws and cortical screws without angular stability; oblong hole; spoke hole at the medial end of the plate; tapered constriction at the medial end of the plate. Metaphyseal portion: lateral plate extension; multidirectional screw holes at the acromial portion; hook at the acromial portion; tapered taper at the end of the hook; bend at the metaphyseal-diaphyseal interface.

Limited contact selections along the lower surface of the plate. Rounded plate edges around the perimeter. Laser marking of hook depth and product.

Must be sterilised before use.
