CNC Vertical Lathe Machine 1M540F4 for Precision Machining and Metalworking

Machine lathe-carousel two-stand CNC model 1M540F4 (CNC) and its modifications is designed for roughing and finishing of parts made of cast iron, steel, non-ferrous metals and their alloys. The machine, equipped with contour-position CNC system, is used for machining of internal, external and face surfaces of rotation of simple and complex shapes, as well as threading or cutting of screw grooves on surfaces coaxial to the axis of rotation of the faceplate. The machine can be equipped with one or two turning slides. In this case, one or both slides can be equipped with an integrated milling and boring spindle, which makes it possible to additionally carry out on the machine milling of complex and simple surfaces, as well as drilling, boring, countersinking, reaming and tapping in holes coaxial to the axis of rotation of the milling and boring spindle of the lathe-milling slide.
