Combined level sensor with electric fuel heater

The level sensor combined fuel intake tubes, electric heating and safety valves DUKEP-90-24/0,2 corresponds to Euro-3 requirements and provides fuel level measurement in the tank, fuel intake for the engine, preheater and heater, fuel drainage into the fuel tank, electric heating of fuel and pressure regulation in the fuel tank. The fuel level sensor is made on reed switches and is located in a sealed aluminium tube. Resistance of the level sensor depending on the level of fuel in the tank is (0...90) Ohm.

Fuel intake is carried out by aluminium tubes of 10 mm diameter. Fuel heating is carried out by posistor heating elements of 200 W power, which provide temperature regulation and fire safety of the product.
