Description
Carbon fibre composite spar structure (CFS) is the main power structural element of a wind turbine blade, manufactured by broaching method from carbon fibre and polyurethane, size 120*5 mm. The following components are used to manufacture the UKLC: Carbon fibre; Polyol; Isocyanate; Processing additives; Saw blade fabric; Textured glass fibre. UCLK is a structure of complex geometric shape, repeating the geometry of the shell of the HPP blade. The structure consists of three pairs of composite spars with non-constant cross-section, variable longitudinal-transverse bends.
