The traction inverter container (KTI) - 4 U2 is a component part of the electrical equipment set of asynchronous traction drive of metro cars KATP-4.KTI is used on metro cars and is designed to convert DC energy into three-phase alternating current. As a source of DC power supply for KTI the contact network of the underground is used, KTI load is asynchronous motors, which are supplied with three-phase sinusoidal current of variable frequency
