Copper Sulfate Comparison Electrodes with Auxiliary Electrode for Cathodic Protection

Copper sulfate reference electrodes non-polarising upgraded stationary (ESMS.PTM) are used in electrochemical protection systems of PJSC Gazprom facilities to measure polarisation and total potentials on underground steel pipelines and structures, as well as in water, in the medium of aqueous electrolyte solution - bottom water from watered oil, oil, diesel fuel, gas condensate, fuel oil, vacuum gas oil. Copper-sulphate reference electrodes are manufactured in single-membrane/double-membrane version and consist of: -copper electrode; -saturated solution of copper (II) sulphate 5-water according to GOST 19347 or its gel solution; -auxiliary electrode (AE); -contact unit (ion-exchange ceramic (or polymer) membrane, which is a porous diaphragm); -casing (cup); -cable outlet with cable. Type of climatic condition "O" cat. placement 5 according to GOST 15150 for ambient temperature from -5 °C to +45 °C.
