Description

Kryolite for thin layer optics, TU 2621-038-48591565-2014 is white coloured tablets and granules with density 2,5-2,9 g/cm3. Soluble in water at 25 C 0,0417 g. per 100 g of solution, soluble in concentrated HNO3 and H2SO4, insoluble in HCl Transparency area 0,25-14,0 ?m.Chemical formula Na3AlF6.

Recommended evaporation temperature 800-1200 C. Purpose and scope of application: as a starting material for manufacturing thin-layer optical coatings by thermal and electron-beam evaporation in vacuum. Product packing is carried out according to GOST 3885.
