PAC "IS DB OPM "January-374" SE.X2" refers to technical and software means of information systems containing databases of subscribers of the telecom operator and the communication services provided to them, as well as information about users of communication services and the communication services provided to them, ensuring the performance of the established actions in carrying out operational and investigative measures in accordance with the requirements of the Order of the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation No. 573 dated 29.10.2018. The set of PAC depends on the telecom operator's network, its structure and the set of licences in the field of communication services
