Description
Operational data storage module (MCDO) (hereinafter referred to as RAM), the memory type is DDR4. RAM is an energy-dependent part of the computer memory system, in which during the computer operation the executed machine code (programs), as well as input, output and intermediate data processed by the processor are stored. RAM is based on semiconductor SDRAM memory and is intended for use in computing equipment for various purposes and in data processing systems. RAM is designed to work as part of industrial and technical and consumer equipment. RAM belong to the equipment of multiple cyclic application, maintenance-free, non-recoverable and non-repairable at the object of operation.
