Provides: the ability to connect up to 12 telegraph lines (junction C1-TG), simultaneous independent exchange of information on the connected communication lines, the restoration of distorted received signals (distortion of the signal front -49%, crushing signal-20%), galvanic isolation of the receiver and transmitter circuits, protection of the input circuits of the receiver and transmitter from overvoltage, automatic indication of reception and transmission of information, emergency situations: open circuit, short circuit, counter switching, the ability to measure (evaluate) the electrical and time parameters of the telegraphic communication line without interruption of work.
