The long sleeve is assembled on an elastic band (models 1, 2, 3, 4) or on a 5 cm knitted cuff (models 5, 6, 7, 8).

Two detachable belt ties are fastened along the centre cut of the backs at the waist line (models 1, 2, 5, 6), or to ensure a "sterile back" two additional ties are sewn on: one on the inside of the shelf, the other on the opposite shelf on the outside (models 3, 4, 7, 8). The neck is trimmed with a trim with ties (models 1, 3, 5, 7) or Velcro (models 2, 4, 6, 8).
