Description
The doorway control module (hereinafter referred to as MUP) is a device that ensures the operation of the doorway of a complex of automatic station doors located on the platform of closed-type metro stations or in the partition of an open-type station, and the transmission of diagnostic information to the track control cabinet. The MUP ensures operation of the opening in both local/manual and automatic modes. MUP is a metal box with mounted on it electrical connectors and control panel, inside of which are mounted programmable logic controller, frequency converter, power supply unit and electrical wiring. The functioning of the system is ensured by specially developed software included in the MUP.
