Electric Convection Oven KEP-4P for Efficient Food Preparation

Convection electric oven of injection type KEP-4P with electronic panel (hereinafter referred to as the oven) is designed for cooking food in different modes: - dry heating (fan + hot air); - wet heating (fan + hot air + water injection). The control panel has buttons for selecting the operating mode and indicators showing the selected mode. For cooking in programme mode, the oven is equipped with 110 programmes with 4 cooking stages. The chamber and exterior surfaces are made of high quality stainless steel. The rounded corners of the chamber allow for perfect cooking results and the oven can be easily cleaned after cooking. The oven is designed for 4 baking levels for 600x400 baking trays.
