The electric 4-burner cooker is designed for heat treatment of semi-finished products in the cookware, cooking of first, second and third dishes (boiling, frying, stewing and pasting) at catering enterprises. The body of the cooker PEP-0,48-01 is made of stainless steel, the other parts are made of galvanised steel. The cooker is equipped with four cast-iron burners with a total area of 0,48 m2., the size of each 417x295 mm., the power of one burner 3 kW., the maximum temperature of the working surface is not more than 480 degrees, three stages of power control burners.The cooker is equipped with height-adjustable legs.

It is delivered assembled on a pallet. Packing corrugated cardboard.
