Electric Cooking Cabinets for Frying Semi-Finished Products SHZHP

The frying cabinet is designed for frying semi-finished products of meat, fish, vegetables, baking small flour products and baking curd dishes at catering enterprises independently or as part of technological lines. Electric roasting cabinets are manufactured in 4 versions: with galvanised linings, with stainless steel linings, with painted linings, as well as cabinets completely made of stainless steel. Electric sectional modulated roasting cabinet of the SHEZhP type (SHEZhP-1 (1 section), SHEZhP-2 (2 sections), SHEZhP-3 (3 sections)) consists of the same type of roasting chambers, installed on a stand with height-adjustable legs for one- and two-sectional cabinets, and on a base with height-adjustable legs for three-sectional cabinets. The cabinet construction is frameless. Each chamber, in turn, consists of a steel box, removable rails for trays, baking sheet, upper and lower blocks of heating elements. The module has an opening door at the front and is covered with a lid at the top.
