The body of the cooker PEP-0,72-DSh-N2-01 is made entirely of stainless steel. The cooker is equipped with six cast iron burners with a total area of 0.72 m2., the size of each 417x295 mm., the power of one burner 3 kW., the maximum temperature of the working surface is not more than 480 degrees Celsius.The cooker has a roasting cabinet on 4 levels for baking trays / GN 1/1 (530x470 mm), the body of the cabinet is also made of stainless steel.

The set includes 2 stainless steel trays 530x470x30 mm. The roasting cabinet has separate power regulation of the upper and lower tenons. The cabinet automatically maintains the set temperature from 50 to 300 C.
