Description

A traction electric device designed to create electrical contact between the electrical equipment of the rolling stock with the contact network. It is equipped with a control unit (located in the body of the rolling stock) that provides control of the activation of the current collector and control of the position of the slide. The current drawn is up to 800 A when travelling and up to 250 A when parked, from the contact network voltage of 3000 V and the speed of the rolling stock up to 155 km/h.
