Description

Dough proofing cabinet, electric, is designed for proofing bakery and confectionery products in a heated (+30 to +90 degrees), humid atmosphere, at catering enterprises. On top of the cabinet, you can install convection oven PKU 435. In the chamber of the cabinet, at the bottom, there is a heating element.

Above the heating element there is a water tank. The tank is filled with water manually. In the chamber, on 8 levels, trays or pastry sheets with dimensions 435x330mm can be placed.

Thermoregulator, in automatic mode, provides temperature maintenance in the range from +30 to +90 degrees. The cabinet chamber is closed with a door made of trauma-proof glass. The door opens from right to left.

It is possible to change the hinge of the door to open from left to right. In the closed position, the door is secured with a magnetic lock. The cabinet is made of stainless steel.
