Electric Four-Burner Kitchen Stove with Convection Oven for Efficient Cooking

The electric four-burner cooker with a frying cabinet EPK-48ZhSh-K-2/1 with the possibility of forced air circulation (convection) and humidification is designed for cooking first, second, third dishes in a plate, as well as for frying semi-finished meat, fish, vegetables and baking small culinary products. The cooker consists of a lower module with a stainless steel roasting cabinet equipped with a convection fan and humidification system, a control panel, as well as a frame with cladding fixed on it, a control panel with electrical appliances, burners and worktops. A pull-out drip tray is used to collect any liquid spilt on the cooking surface of the burner. Stepwise regulation of the burner power is carried out by setting the switch knob in the position from "1" to "6", which determines, respectively, the degree of heating from weak to strong.
