Electric induction cooker PEI-6L3, NEW ENERGY trade

The electric induction cooker PEI-6/L3 belongs to the trade mark "New Energy". It is designed for heat treatment of semi-finished products in functional containers specially designed for induction cookers (cooking, frying, stewing and passivation) at catering enterprises. It has 6 burners with a total power consumption of 18 kW (3 burners 3.5 kW each, 3 burners 2.5 kW each).

The permissible maximum distributed load per burner is 40kg. Useful diameter of the cookware is not less than 12 cm and not more than 26 cm. Boiling time for 1 litre of water on a 2.5 kW burner is approximately 3 minutes, on a 3.5 kW burner - 2 minutes.

The hob is equipped with height-adjustable supports.
