Description

The product belongs to the category of professional kitchen equipment and pre-designed for proofing small bakery and confectionery products. The main mode of operation - proofing of the product at temperatures from 30 to 90 ° C. The product can be placed at catering enterprises independently or as a part of technological lines.

SHRE68 - 600 series, eight levels of rails, glass door, completely made of stainless steel, on legs-supports. The cabinet is a proofing chamber, which consists of a frame, panelling, base, door, control panel, electrical equipment. The proofing chamber is made of stainless steel.

The door is made of glass. Inside the proofing chamber there are: thermoregulator sensor, water bath, heating element, non-removable composite rails with 8 levels for installation of trays. The trays are not included in the delivery set and must be purchased separately.

In the lower part of the proofing chamber there is a heating element. The product has height-adjustable supports.
