PTC "MonEco" Environmental Monitoring System

MonEco PTC development objective
Development of PTC ASKV meeting the requirements of Article 67 of Federal Law No. 7-FZ in terms of equipping stationary sources of facilities of the 1st category with automatic means of measuring and recording the volume or mass of pollutant emissions, pollutant discharges and concentration of pollutants, as well as technical means of recording and transferring information to the state data fund of state environmental monitoring.

Main functions of MonEco^
The MonEco PTC is designed to control and record the volume or mass of emissions of harmful (polluting) substances into the atmospheric air, the concentration of harmful (polluting) substances in such emissions, as well as transfer the above information to the State Data Fund of the state environmental monitoring (before the State Data Fund is created, the information is transferred to the FGIS PTC "Goskontrol") and performs the following main tasks:
