Description
Panel evaporators of IP type (hereinafter referred to as "evaporators") are designed for operation as part of ammonia refrigeration units (ARU). The evaporators are used for cooling liquid coolants (water, brine) and are used at enterprises processing food products.Sections of the panel evaporator consist of stamped panels. Each heat exchanger panel is two stamped sheets of 2.5 mm thickness, welded together by roller welding. As a result, convex-concave surfaces of the required panel configuration are formed, forming cavities in the form of channels, providing high turbulence of the refrigerant flow, which leads to high heat transfer coefficients through the heat exchange surface.
