Exploration drilling rig URB-2D3

Drilling rig exploratory drilling "URB 2D3" is designed for drilling various purpose wells with an initial diameter of up to 600 mm and a depth of up to 300 metres. Most often URB 2D3 is used for engineering surveys, drilling and blasting operations, geological exploration, water well drilling, drilling in complicated geological conditions. The main difference between the URB 2DZ and the URB-2A-2 drilling rig is the presence of a more powerful rotator.

The URB-2D3 drilling rig uses a truss construction mast. The 2DZ rotator allowed to increase the drilling speed twice in comparison with URB-2A2. The rotator of the drilling rig has four operating speeds in the range from 140 to 320 revolutions per minute.

The URB 2D3 drilling rig is equipped with the URB-2A-2D rotator with a maximum torque of 4000 Nm on the rotator spindle. The rotator has three speeds in the range of 140 to 320 revolutions per minute.
