Explosion-Proof Multi-Turn Electric Actuator "EPC-800" for Safe Applications

The actuators are designed for operation as part of shut-off valves DN 150...500 for nominal pressure PN 1,6...6,3 in outdoor installations and indoors in hazardous areas of class "1" and "2" according to GOST IEC 600079-10-1-2013, in which the formation of vapour and gas-air explosive mixtures of category IIA, IIB of groups T1, T2, T3, T4 according to GOST 316610.0-2014 classification is possible.

EPC-800 actuators with electronic control unit (ECU) have low weight and small dimensions. The main advantage of these actuators is a compact wave gearbox with intermediate rolling elements with high load characteristics, accuracy, smoothness, reliability and durability.

EPC-800 can develop output torques up to 800 Nm. The actuators are equipped with a double-sided torque limiting clutch and have a control unit, which can be easily integrated into a telecontrol system.
