FAS-W Humidity Analyzer for Precise Moisture Measurement in Gases

Humidity analyser "FAS-W" is an automatic condensation hygrometer designed to measure the volume fraction of moisture in gas and the dew point temperature of water at pressures up to 10MPa. The analyser is equipped with an absolute gas pressure sensor and has the ability to recalculate dew point to moisture volume fraction. Measured and recalculated moisture values can be transmitted to the upper level both via current (4...20mA) and RS-485 digital output (Modbus protocol).

Purpose - Measurement of moisture content or moisture state parameters in inert and aggressive gases, including hydrogen-containing gases. The analyser can be used in technological processes of natural gas treatment, metallurgy, mechanical engineering, chemical and petrochemical industry, microelectronics, power engineering. The analyser is an automatic condensing hygrometer operating on the principle of a cooled mirror.

The analyser can be used for automatic dew point or volume fraction control.
