Description

Fish cleaning table is designed for use in the washing department of the catering enterprise for cleaning fish. The table for fish cleaning is made of stainless steel with access to contact with products. The frame is welded.

Height adjustable legs. The legs are strapped on three sides at the bottom. There is a wall at the rear of the table.

A 400 mm high plexiglass edge is installed on the table top on three sides. On the table top, to the left of the bathtub, there is a hole for fixing the shower stand (or mixer tap). The shower unit and the bathtub corrugator are included in the scope of delivery.

The bathtub with dimensions 400x400x250 mm is welded into the worktop. To the left of the bathtub is a waste hole with a diameter of 160 mm. A cutting board made of polypropylene with dimensions 800x300x10 mm is installed on the worktop.

On the underside of the worktop there are guides (made of stainless steel AISI 430) for installation of GN1/1 gastronorms. The distance between the rails is 305 mm.
