OSU-PRO dryers for food industry and its modifications

Designed for drying pre-condensed whole milk, skimmed milk, ultrafiltration permeate, cheese and curd whey. The drying unit is fully equipped with detergent pipework and washing nozzles. For washing of the drying tower there is a washing turbine.The emergency fire extinguishing system is designed for water supply in case of critical temperature rise in the tower, cyclone, bag filter and WFF.The drying complex is controlled both manually and automatically, remotely from the computer and locally from the control panels.

The drying complex is equipped with all necessary devices for control and regulation of technological parameters and control system based on SCADA interface.It is envisaged to develop and supply an automated workstation based on SCADA interface, with the possibility of unified control of the complex from the control room.
