Description

Semi-trailer-tanker for transporting food liquids (milk, water, wine materials, vegetable oil). Tank material - stainless steel AISI 304, thermal insulation - foamed polyurethane foam. Volume - 24 000 litres, divided into 4 sections, ecological boxes.

Drainage system: internal bottom valves DN 80 with manual control from the top of the tank, drainage manifold DN 80. Washing system: rotary slotted type GMV 65 washing heads in each section, shut-off valves for each section to enable washing of each section separately, central washing solution supply line. Service platform: working platform along the tank made of cut-profiled decking, folding stainless steel handrail.

Semitrailer chassis construction: chassis made of two longitudinal members of I-beam section, BPW axle unit. Braking system: pneumatic electronic brake system WABCO, information system of braking characteristics SMARTBOARD, Opti Link.
