Description

PCS with cuff and film made of polytetrafluoroethylene - PTFE. Full flow heart valve prostheses are used to replace diseased natural heart valves. The main parts of the heart valve are made of carbon steel. A distinctive feature is the locking element made in the form of two cylindrical segments covering the blood flow through the valve from the outer side, which ensures the natural structure of blood flow in the heart cavities, minimises the traumatisation of blood forming elements and increases the effective area of the passage opening. The guaranteed shelf life is at least five years from the date of manufacture.
