GAKS-K-4 Drying Chambers for Hot Drying of Pipeline Fittings

Drying chambers of GAKS-K-4 type are designed for hot drying of pipeline valves and other products after applying powder or liquid paint and varnish coatings. They are used at enterprises where high-temperature drying of metal surfaces is required. Types of supplied drying chambers: by design - dead-end, by type of consumed energy - electric, by type of heat transfer - convection.

The chambers provide uniform heating of products with heating temperature up to 200 º?. Drying chambers are equipped with recirculation fan, heaters block, thermochemical signalling device, temperature control and maintenance system. The chambers are completed with an electric cabinet and a control panel to perform the drying process in automatic mode.

Application of programmable logic controller allows to realise complex automated control of the system.
