Glassin Rest - X-ray Contrast Glass Ionomer Cement for Dental Restorations

"Glassine Rest" is a glass polyalkenate (glass ionomer) radiopaque filling material used in dental practice in the replacement of dental tissue in carious cavities of III and V classes, filling non-carious lesions, replacement of tissue in cavities of deciduous teeth (all classes), as well as used as a lining for all types of fillings. The powder is presented in the form of finely dispersed aluminium-calcium latanium fluorosilicon glass with X-ray contrast additives. The liquid part of the preparation "Glassine Rest" is an aqueous solution of polyacrylic acid with organic additives improving its properties. In the system "liquid + powder" all dispersed particles of the resulting structure have strong bonds, which prevents their leaching from the cement.
