ASTRA Grain Dryer R1-SZG for Efficient Drying of Wheat, Rye, Barley, and More

Grain dryer type R1-SZG is designed for drying grain of wheat, rye, barley, oats, sunflower, corn and other agricultural crops. Grain before drying should be cleaned from coarse, fine and light impurities. The grain dryer operates on gas fuel, has a built-in gas burner.

Productivity on raw wheat grain with volumetric mass 750...760 kg/m3 at reduction of humidity 4% from 19% to 15% is 20 t/h. It is possible to install two or three dryers of P1-SZG type working as modules. In case of installation of two dryers working as two modules P1-SZG, the dryers are labelled in the order as follows: P1-SZG-2 - two P1-SZG modules.

When installing three dryers operating as three P1-SZG modules, the dryers are labelled as follows when ordering: ?1-????-3 - three ?1-??? modules. Each module has its own control panel.

When combining modules, inter-bullet interlocks are installed.
