Description

Grain seeder PK-10 - seeder for direct sowing, for sowing according to classical and minimum technology. It is designed for sowing grain, industrial and oil crops. The peculiarity of the PK-10 seeder is the sowing system with parallelogram construction, which provides individual copying of the field relief for each coulter.

Seeds and fertiliser are placed at the bottom of the furrow. The furrow depth is set according to the level of moist soil with optimum moisture for seedlings and plant growth. During sowing the seeds are covered with a layer of moist soil, above which a layer of dry soil is formed, which has fallen from the upper part of the furrow when rolling with the press wheel.

The rolled layer of moist and dry soil is equal to the seed placement depth and is always in the range of 2-4 cm.
