Grain Separator A1-BZO Mod. 7 for Effective Grain Cleaning Applications

Scalperator A1-BZO version 7, is designed for separation of coarse and coarse foreign and straw impurities in order to prevent clogging of receiving and distributing devices of subsequent grain cleaning equipment, and can also be used as machines for primary grain cleaning and as calibration machines for separation of impurities differing from the grain width and thickness. The scalperator is installed in grain cleaning departments of elevators and at bread receiving enterprises, as well as in grain cleaning lines for post-harvest grain processing. Technical productivity on wheat with moisture content 10-15% and in kind 770-850 kg/m3, tonnes/h - 300 Efficiency of grain cleaning from large impurities - 98%. The scalperator is manufactured in climatic version "U" of category 3 of GOST 15150. Operating conditions: ambient temperature from -10 deg C to + 40 deg C, relative air humidity 40-80%.
