Apparatus for high-frequency magnetotherapy "HF-Magnet - Med TeKo", is designed to affect a person with therapeutic purpose of the magnetic component of the electromagnetic field of high frequency. HF-Magnet can be used in physiotherapy departments and offices of medical and preventive and polyclinic institutions, health centres and other medical institutions. Under the action of a high-frequency magnetic field in tissues and body media with significant electrical conductivity (muscle tissue, blood, lymph, tissues of parenchymatous organs, etc.) a vortex electric field appears. Eddy currents cause thermal and oscillatory effects. In the areas of the body exposed to eddy currents is formed more or less heat, improves blood circulation, the intensity of metabolic processes, the synthesis of glucocorticoids and their release from the protein-bound state, increases glycogen-forming and biliary functions of the liver.
