High-Pressure and High-Temperature Filter Press TRL911 175 ml for Fluid Evaluation

It is used to evaluate filtration properties of drilling and plugging fluids, as well as fluids for hydraulic fracturing. Simulates filtration through a permeable formation at high temperatures and pressures. At a given temperature and pressure, the sample is filtered through the selected material (API filter paper, ceramic discs of different porosity and metal mesh with different mesh sizes) under the action of pressure applied to the upper part of the cell and collected in the receiving chamber. When modelling conditions above 100 0C, back pressure is applied to the receiving chamber to avoid boiling of the filtrate entering it. The universal safety cell provides accommodation of the selected filter media. The filter press cell, for its safe opening, is equipped with overpressure indicator, bleed channel, has high strength, resistance to temperature changes, vibration and rotation.
