Horizontal Technological Vessel Type T, Emergency Model for Industrial Applications

The tank is a horizontal apparatus with internal diameter 3000 mm and length of cylindrical part 9800 mm. The tank is equipped with technological fittings, fittings for connection of instrumentation and control equipment, hatches for inspection and repair. Technical maintenance of the tank consists in periodical revision and cleaning of internal elements with simultaneous cleaning of internal cavities from mechanical impurities and deposits, checking of sealing rings and gaskets, checking of threaded joints condition. Before steaming the vessel body all control and measuring equipment should be switched off or dismantled to avoid damage by high temperature. The tank, which is part of the unit, must be subjected to external and internal inspection at least once every two years and test pressure tests in accordance with the test schedule developed by the operating organisation.
