Description
IGBT module produced by Proton-Elektrotex JSC in a standardised housing for general industrial applications. Current: 450 A, voltage class 1700 V. The MIDA line of medium-power IGBT modules is designed for compact systems where high efficiency and reliability are required. Mechanical robustness, high thermal cycling and clamped design guarantee reliability and long device life. The low inductive package and good thermal resistance make MIDA a good choice for inverter applications. For example, modules from this range are widely used in industrial drives, electric transport, renewable energy, UPS, power grids and railways.
