Inclined and quasi-vertical zoning of the ionosphere by linear-frequency-modulated (LFM) signal and experimental determination of ionospheric parameters in real-time mode. Transmission and reception of crypto-protected information messages using LFM signal with the possibility of delivery close to 100%.
