Insulated Air Valve Kanal-Germik-S for HVAC Systems and Ventilation

The body is made of galvanised steel with reinforced aluminium profile blades installed inside. The increased rigidity of the body protects the valve against misalignment in conditions of large variations in average daily temperature. Perimetral heating is a feature of the valves.

The use of perimetral heating in the design in the form of a flexible self-regulating heating cable located along the outer perimeter, permanently connected to the AC 220 V network. Heating cable has automatic control without rheostat, does not require additional automatic control circuitry. From the outside, the cable is covered with a special insulated casing that does not extend beyond the outer dimension of the valve flanges.

The blades are sealed in the form of a labyrinth seal. The actuator can be an electric actuator ("open-close", with spring return of smooth regulation or two-position 220 V or two-position 220 V or two-position 220V). or 220 V or 24 V two-position actuators).
