Interactive Reception Software Complex for Regional Leaders - Direct Citizen Engagement

The software complex "Interactive reception room of the head of the region" is designed to provide citizens with the possibility of direct dialogue with the head of the region via the Internet in videoconference mode, as well as consultation of representatives of the authorities on a wide range of issues.
The system provides automation of work of the department on work with citizens' appeals: receipt of appeals, their processing by specialists of the department and responsible departments, preparation of material for response to citizens and organisation of video reception with the head of the region and representatives of departments.
