Description
Hydroabrasive cutting head Jet-025.01 is designed for cutting with hydroabrasive mixture as a part of the machine of hydroabrasive cutting. It consists of a mixing chamber with a mandrel pressed in it and a nozzle made of polycrystalline diamond with a through hole with a diameter of 0.2mm, a coupling nut with a thread 9/16-18UNF. The product also includes a mixing tube clamp collet, sand supply tube and mixing chamber.
The housing has a minimum of 2000 hours durability. Maximum jet pressure during cutting head operation - up to 410 MPa. Maximum jet velocity - 914 m/s.
